Mega Motorsport Weekend - MCBI and BRC event info

Its the final rounds for both the Barbados Rally Club (BRC) and the Motoring Club of Barbados Inc (MCBI) Championship Seasons and to top it all off, spectators will get a full weekend of motorsport over this coming weekend (October 21st and October 22nd).

MCBI HAMMER TIME 23

To start things off, we head to the North of the island for MCBI’s HAMMER TIME '23 Double Header Speed Event Saturday 21st October which will be Round 7 for the championship. This tarmac speed event takes place at Pickering to Luke Hill and reverse. There will be three (3) official runs in both directions. Starting from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

BRC WINTER RALLY 23

Next up on Sunday 22nd of October will be the BRC's Winter Rally 2023. The Winter Rally is scheduled to start at 10.30am from the Service Park at Pool Plantation in St John, with nine stages in the same parish and St Joseph. Three runs of a four-kilometre stage from Society to Cherry Grove will alternate with two runs through Blackmans to Tappy Pond (4.2kms) before the lunch break, with the restart planned for 2.30pm. In the afternoon, Blackmans to Tappy Pond will run in the same direction, but the other stage will be reversed. Organisers expect the event to finish by 6.00pm.
